  1.                   SQUASH IN ZESTY MUSTARD SAUCE

  4. 3 zucchini, sliced
  5. 1 yellow squash, sliced
  6. 1/2 c. water
  7. 1/2 t. chicken bouillon
  8. 2 T. white wine
  9. 1 t. instant minced onion
  10. 1 T. cornstarch
  11. 1-1/2 t. fresh thyme (1/2 t. dry)
  12. 2 t. Dijon mustard
  13. black pepper
  14.  
  15.           Microwave the squashes, covered, on high for 5 to 7
  16. minutes, stirring once.  Drain.  Combine remaining ingredients
  17. and microwave, uncovered, for 2 minutes on high, stirring once. 
  18. Add pepper.  Pour over squash and toss.  Makes 6 servings at 26
  19. calories each.
